WISCONSIN (Civic Media) – Tuesday, July 30 marks the first day that people in Wisconsin can vote absentee in-person.
According to the Wisconsin Elections Commission, any eligible voter in the state can cast their absentee ballot in person, as well as register to vote when they cast their ballot.
In-person absentee ballots can be cast at election clerk offices or other designated locations. You can see a list of locations closest to you by searching for them on MyVote Wisconsin’s website.
In addition to partisan primaries on the ballot, including in Wisconsin’s 3rd and 8th Congressional Districts, voters will be asked on August 13 to consider a pair of state constitutional amendments that would transfer the power of distributing federal funding from the governor to the state legislature.
