WRCO named to Honor Roll

WRCO FM (a Civic Media Station), along with the Richland Observer, were recently presented with an award from the Richland School District by being named to the Wisconsin Association of School Boards Business Honor Roll.

The WASB Honor Roll highlights businesses that go above and beyond in supporting schools and students across Wisconsin.

According to a Richland School District spokesperson in a recent Facebook release, “It Takes a Village to Support Our Kids! We had the honor of recognizing two key members of our village: The Richland Observer and WRCO Radio! Both were added to the prestigious WASB Honor Roll and presented with certificates at the school board meeting.”

We rely on WRCO not only to communicate with our families but to do so in a welcoming and friendly manner that encourages students, families, and alumni to reconnect with the district.”
